yes it is. Charcter Options are normally quite good at getting the facial features and body parts right.

I heard a rumor that (remember - Rumor!) Gwen is sculpted by the people who do Who figures. Dunno at the moment wether they are referring to CO or Designworks or others? Maybe?
Wouldn't Gwen's body make a perfect Rose or Martha custom?
P.S: Seems like a lot of people are saying the Torchwood figs don't look too good. I think they are all ok actually. Cyberwoman's eyes need to be smaller and Weevil more detail and darker, but they all seem fine.
