He is fantastic (to coin a phrase)
Looks so much better than the battlepack 9th Doc. The head could be a new sculpt - that is up for debate. And the articulation is spot on.
Only downside is no Sonic Screwdriver.
I have 4 shelves with S1 figures on - so plan on getting (hopefully) one more of these. Gonna paint him with a green jumper for the Fathers Day shelf.
