..The time has come to talk of Episode 7!
About ¾ of the filming has been completed, and editing has actually started! It was written at the same time as Bodmin House, so nearly two years ago!!!
However I am also working on something else very exciting for DWFO... To be launched next year. So that’s also taking up my time.
So when will we see Episode 7? Early on next year... And leading up to it will be loads of exciting things from posters to wallpapers, and beyond..!
And what can I tell you about it other than the title? Well, to me, it feels like a ‘blue’ episode (Bodmin House was green/red..!), it features the expression “That isn’t Big Ben...”, and never, ever, has the saying “One minute can make a Universe of difference” been so terribly true...

Can't wait! Surprised this hasn't been commented on more.
Seb dropped me a hint back in February as to what this episode is about (He probably doesn't remember now!), so all year I've been waiting and waiting to see it happen.
Everyone loves a bit of Timeslip!

Yeah, I got a sort of preview thing as well a few months back. It sounds really good, I hope it's better than the last one!

So... early this year... how early is early, because it won't really be early for much longer(sorry that sounded alright in my head, just came out wrong...)... In other words... when will episode 7 be out or how close is it to completion...?

So, over a year after Bodmin was released, (tombaker64 commented exactly a year after the release!) I can safely say I think everyone would be overjoyed for some new information! However I am also working on something else very exciting for DWFO... To be launched next year. So that’s also taking up my time.
Was that the redesign?

Ah! Yes Sontar, the main thing I was working on was the redesign. However there is something else, something I am still working hard on to try and organise.
I'm really hoping to make some headway on it over the next fortnight, and the future of DWFO and Timeslip very much depend on it to be honest with you.
So my promise is that I will keep you updated and give you more information as soon as I can. At the current moment in time it is my intention to continue Timeslip - and if things work out it would be on a regular release schedule, and to (excitingly) an even higher quality. I feel confident in saying that if I can work things out, it will be the top-quality (in production values anyway!) figure comic we've ever seen.
Expect the unexpected!

Recently had a huge Timeslip marathon, and I've re-read all of them except the Curse of Bodmin House and the CiN special.
Just want to say that I absoulutely loved them, and I can't wait for the next!

Thank you Professor! Well what's happening? The basic problem is... I can't make it good enough! I know exactly what I want to happen for the rest of this series - I've got four scripts written - and, which I always with Timeslip, I love them personally! Particularly episode 11 - it's basically my dream episode, but the finale... Oh the finale! So why can't I make them? Well it's partly due to time constraints, but it's more down to budget. Because, basically, my ideas are huge. They're so big in fact that I just can't do them justice. I've always wanted to push the barriers of action figure comics, but I've pushed too far for it to be a hobby it seems now! While I love the past episodes a lot actually nowadays paper sets, furniture in the wrong scale and particuarly a lack of sets make things almost impossible. I'm sure I could make them good... But never good enough to please me! I've reshot scenes for Episode 7 three times in some places, and I'm still not happy with them! But... But... There is a chance. Because I've got a plan for next summer, a big plan, and while it doesn't involve Timeslip or this website I could do some initial testing by making some Timeslip episodes... So you could well see some more - perhaps in the late Spring... Just wanted to let you know!

Well I don't know if anyone really wants to know now... It's been so long! But I have got more plans in place as far as Timeslip goes. Indeed I now have the entire series mapped out in my head, for the first time ever! I've even, I think, decided how the series ends. And Episodes 7 and 8 (not a two-parter) will almost certainly be released late spring/early summer next year. Episodes 9 and 10 (a two-parter) may well follow on shortly afterwards. And if all my other plans fall into place, my non-Timeslip ones, I will be able to complete Episodes 11, 12 and 13 as well. The final three aren't exactly a three-parter, but I can't really do Episode 11 without doing the final two as well. They would probably be released at the end of 2012 or the start of 2013. But - as I've said - I'm only going to do them if I can make them good enough. The quality has to be top-class or I won't be happy with them. That means I'll have to invest in Timeslip quite heavily in both finances and time, and won't come near to making a profit directly at all, but I think I can justify it and I really, really want to tell the story. Blimey - if it works out then "expect the unexpected" couldn't have been a better chosen tagline with the way the series is going to develop...!

I'm still interested. I don't really read comics, but this is one I'm really interested in still. Like the plans, can't wait to read some more Timeslip as what's been done already is brilliant.
