Love this figure. Lack of accessories doesn't bother me at all, the creature in the episodes only walked around ominously anyway.

I have just arrived back from Asda and managed to back myself one of these. It was actually a present from my Dad for doing so well in Defenders of Earth! Great figure, the skull has some excellent detail and articulation is well possitioned. It really stands out on my shelf! Deffinitely deserves a 10 out of 10!
Hey there!

In October 2012, I am going as part of a school group to Capetown, South Africa. As a developing country, Capetown lacks basic amenities that we here in the UK, USA, Australia or wherever you are visiting from take for granted. While we are across, we will be working within the community, teaching in the classrooms, helping in peoples homes and much more!

So please, help me raise money towards the trip by visiting THE STORE section on the website, look through the different picture galleries of the items available (mostly Doctor Who!) and email me at operation.capetown@hotmail.com if you are interested in any of them! Also, you can donate to the cause by Pressing DONATE on the home page!

Thanks in advance with any donations,

Fraser Johnston

This is one of my favourite figures...it just looks great. I'd gladly pay extra for a talking version with a nonstop "Hey...who turned out the lights?" soundchip.

Actually... there are some in the original wave packaging with the grey thumbs. I should know - I bought one today :winkDT:
Also, the helmet and neck-section-thing are a different colour on my old one and my new one - the old one (white thumbs) has a sort of off-white/beigey coloured helmet and neck section with a shiny finish, which struck me as odd - this new one is like River Song's and is matt white. Can't remember the exact specifics from the episode, but I assume this is a dark-blue-Clockwork-Droid style update to make it more accurate?
I could post pictures if anyone's interested.
I'm not dead. Honest.

Right.....

Series 4 wave 2 includes River song and the Vashta Nerada, yes? In this wave the base what the helmet connects to on River song is White. The Vashta Nerada's helmet is off white, shiny cream colour, and thumbs white.

In the Vespiform wave, River songs helmet base is a off white shiny colour rather than white. The Vashta Nerada's helmet is now white, and thums grey.
