TIMESLIP: Children in Need

Postby Seb » Thu Nov 13, 2008 2:58 am

Children in Need - one of the best causes you can give to as it in turn helps so many.

And this year, in the absence of a new Doctor Who short (well ok, we get the precredits sequence - but it's not that cool), Timeslip will be stepping in.

9:00pm, right here on Doctor Who Figures Online, is when the Children in Need special goes live - directly after the timeslot in which you'll find 'The Next Doctor's precredits sequence which is 8:30-9:00pm. It's a full 14 page comic set after Episode 5 (not yet available).

For now here's the teaser poster:

We're trying to get as many people on the forum as possible to beat our record of the maximum number online, so if you're around a computer at that time log on and do your bit!

See you there - and don't forget to leave comments!

Oh looks good... :lolDT: Your editing is very good ( I need Photoshop!)
Hey there!

In October 2012, I am going as part of a school group to Capetown, South Africa. As a developing country, Capetown lacks basic amenities that we here in the UK, USA, Australia or wherever you are visiting from take for granted. While we are across, we will be working within the community, teaching in the classrooms, helping in peoples homes and much more!

So please, help me raise money towards the trip by visiting THE STORE section on the website, look through the different picture galleries of the items available (mostly Doctor Who!) and email me at operation.capetown@hotmail.com if you are interested in any of them! Also, you can donate to the cause by Pressing DONATE on the home page!

Thanks in advance with any donations,

Fraser Johnston

Seb uses a free photo editing program called Gimp or something if I remember correctly.

Oh yes, he does:

And I'll try to be on around 9.

Oh and Seb, on the home page (news bit) you are a week behind on the date's.

Took me ages to work that out too originally! It's 'file > insert as layer' I think.

And thanks for all those comments guys and gals, glad you like it! And if you like that editing, you'll like the comic. That's all I'm saying!
