Right - I'm going to make it clear to everyone now, I'm giving no more help on Gimp! It's a very complicated thing to use, that's why it's free, and if you want to be good you're going to have to spend a lot of time playing around with it and working things out. There are places online to help as well with questions like this.

It's got the power of good editing software, but it's not as easy to use by any means so you'll need to play about and see what you can get working.

Sorry - but I could be forever talking about Gimp and there are other places online that can do it better. You don't need experience beforehand of editing software, I didn't have any, but you just need to work hard and keep trying - it won't always work as you want it to, especially at the beginning.
