What I don't understand about this figure, is that it's a pegwarmer. It's amazing, IMO. Maybe because it's just another Ood.

I suppose it's because you can't army-build them, which you can do with all of the other enemies in this wave.

And well sculpted too
Hey there!

In October 2012, I am going as part of a school group to Capetown, South Africa. As a developing country, Capetown lacks basic amenities that we here in the UK, USA, Australia or wherever you are visiting from take for granted. While we are across, we will be working within the community, teaching in the classrooms, helping in peoples homes and much more!

So please, help me raise money towards the trip by visiting THE STORE section on the website, look through the different picture galleries of the items available (mostly Doctor Who!) and email me at operation.capetown@hotmail.com if you are interested in any of them! Also, you can donate to the cause by Pressing DONATE on the home page!

Thanks in advance with any donations,

Fraser Johnston

Hopefully this is the right place to post this nugget of info..

While perusing the Who figures in my local tesco's, looking for a bargain and whiling away the time waiting for the wife to shop...

I came across a whole bunch of Ood Sigma's and Natural Ood, while deciding which one to purchase a blister caught my eye Definately a Natural Ood Figurine but in a sealed box bearing the Ood Sigma labeling! Guess which one came home with me and now takes pride of place on the shelf.

So one to watch for Natural Ood in the Ood sigma packaging.

Ooh - you've got yourself a good deal there, you could sell that on Ebay for a fair bit if you don't want it! Still, it's a novelty anyway isn't it. Nice find - I'm always on the lookout for the wrong packaging!

Is anyone really interest in incorrect packaging. I mean can you sell it. I know it wouldn't interest me in the slightest!

Not sure about the present figurines but in every other collection that I have indulged in over the years from stamps through starwars figures through phonecards to M:TG cards any item that is unusual/unique/withdrawn quickly become the most desired items, because there are always those fanatics who must have an example of every variation of every figure. This is true for colours, slight model changes due to wear/replacment, packaging, missing or incorrect serial numbers.

I just brought it up for the sake of completeness if someone somewhere catalouges these things.
