I have both. The black 'regenaration' one is not as shiny, and has more detail than the 'battlepack' version. But it is harder to stand up (the black shirted one). And I LOVE the fact that I have the 'battlepack' Rose and 9th Doc together and the series 1 rose and normal 9th Doc together
 I guess I am lucky for this. I really am. Not many other people do.

Yeah... Series One Rose with robot spiders was my second or third figure (got it the day School Reunion aired), then obviously I didn't get Neutral 9th Doctor until a couple of weeks ago, but last summer I managed to get the old Woolworths 6-figure pack (Rubbish Dalek Sec, Moxx, 9th Doc, Rose, 10th Doc, K9) and the Doctor and Rose in that are the same as were in the Battle Pack. Rose is really bad, but the Doctor is really rather good (I feel that the head sculpt is actually better than the Regeneration one) and they look very nice together. I would still quite like the Regeneration 9th Doctor... not the best figure, and it's really a bit too similar for me to consider getting it (I'm not a completist), but still. It's quite nice... and less shiny. I'm not dead. Honest.
