Simply - wow! How they can make a character that’s this difficult and small into a figure that’s this brilliant is beyond me. He’s too chubby for much posability or realism, but works so very well!

The head is a simply beautiful sculpt, completely capturing the charm or the character and looking very realistic. The body is well detailed too, packing a lot into something so small. The hands and feel have a great texture to them, and amazingly the balance is better than most figures.

It’s posability that lets this figure down really, but it’s a shame because it can’t be helped. The arms and legs are so small and chubby that by putting articulation in you would completely lose all detail and it would look very fake. As a result, the arms are stuck in one position, which lets it down just a small bit.

Overall however, it’s a great figure. I’d personally like to see one with elbow bends, just to see what a difference it makes and to really decide if realism should come over posability. This is what we’ve got anyway, and as they’re the masters of figure making I expect they’ve already made the right decision.
