Our updating policy:

We aim to keep the site as up to date as possible, mainly through a Monthly checkup. However some pages require checks more often, as explained here:

MAIN SITE CHECK

Every Month we go through our pages making sure everything is up to date. We set a date for this and you can tell when the last overall site checkup was by looking at the code at the top of the page (explained below.) This ensures all information is correct and that links work. Any comics on our forum not yet added to the page will also be added under these checks.

At the top of this page you will see a code like this:

CSC.1.13012009

This means that a Complete Site Check was carried out on the 13th January 2009 and it was the 1st of such checks to be done.

CUSTOMISED FIGURES DATABASE

Once a Month, on a different weekend from the main site check, I go through various websites and sources, including our own forum, collecting latest customised figures images. By posting them on our forum, unless clearly stating, you will have your images automatically added.

If I find the images on another website I will ask for permission before posting your pictures. I have a list of people who have allowed permission, I do not ask each Month, so to be taken off the list get in touch via. email.

You can send your customisation pictures to me at my email address too, I’ll add them to the folder and upload them with the checkup.

You can tell when I last updated the customisation area by looking at the code like this at the top of the page:

Which means the last update was on the 13th January 2009, and it was the 1st of such updates to be carried out.

FIGURE RANGES AND ‘WHERE TO FIND’ INFORMATION

The individual figure ranges pages are checked weekly to ensure that they are up to date, though sometimes I might change the ‘where to find’ information earlier than that. You can see when the ‘Where to buy’ information was last updated as I put a date in the box, though for information on when the figure range pages were updated see the codes like this at the top of the page:

These mean the New Series, Classic Series, Torchwood and Sarah Jane Adventures pages were updated for the first time on 13th January 2009 respectively.
